Turnkey wooden window production means one supplier covers the full path from site measurement to fitted unit. The project does not get split between contractors - it runs end-to-end through the 10-step cycle of our 14,000 m² factory in Kalnciems.

This format spares the architect, developer or homeowner from running 4-6 parallel conversations (manufacturer, transporter, installer, technical supervisor, insurer). All these roles are already built into our service, with end-to-end accountability and a single named contact for the whole project.

Ten-step production cycle

Every project follows a structured process from initial quote to on-site installation. Transparent milestones at each stage, direct communication with your dedicated contact, and quality control built into every workshop at our 14,000 m² Kalnciems factory.

Installation and post-export support

Our installation team handles the complete process from removal of existing windows to final finishing. Three insulation methods are available depending on building type and specification requirements.

Expanding Foam

Standard method for most residential installations. Quick application, good thermal performance, cost-effective.

Expanding Tape

Pre-compressed sealing tape for airtight installations. Meets passive house requirements. Vapour-permeable.

Mineral Wool

Traditional insulation for heritage buildings and fire-rated applications. Non-combustible, excellent acoustic properties.

Additional Installation Services

Dismantling - Careful removal of old windows and frames, disposal of waste materials

Built-in frames - Pre-installation of subframes for new construction projects

Window sills - Interior and exterior sill supply and fitting

Drywall returns - Interior finishing around new window openings for a clean result

After-Care and Warranty

Every installation includes a post-completion inspection and handover. We provide care instructions for maintaining the paint finish and hardware operation.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, glazing seal failure, and hardware malfunction. GU (Gretsch-Unitas) hardware carries its own manufacturer guarantee backed by one of Germany's largest window hardware producers.

For ongoing maintenance, our technical team remains available for advice on repainting schedules, hardware adjustment, and seal replacement.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the full process take from enquiry to installation?

A typical residential project runs 6 to 10 weeks from confirmed order to delivery. That covers design finalisation (1-2 weeks), manufacturing (4-6 weeks), and logistics (1 week). Installation is usually wrapped in 1-2 days depending on unit count.

Do you handle all paperwork for EU and UK delivery?

Yes. We manage export documentation, transport coordination and delivery scheduling as part of the service. EU destinations have no customs formalities. For UK deliveries our team handles the required paperwork; our Secured by Design certification simplifies UK specification.

Can I visit the factory before placing an order?

Yes, factory visits are welcome. Our facility is in Kalnciems, about 50 km from Riga. Kristiana can arrange a guided tour where you see the full production process from timber preparation through CNC processing to final assembly and QC.

What if I need changes after the order is confirmed?

Minor specification changes (colour, hardware finish) can usually go through before manufacturing starts. Dimensional or structural changes need a revised quote and adjusted timeline. Your dedicated contact will say what is feasible at each stage.

What is the warranty on full-cycle wooden windows?

Standard warranty on the timber frame and sealed glazing unit is up to 10 years (depending on profile and operating conditions). GU and ASSA ABLOY hardware carries a 5-10 year manufacturer warranty. Installation is covered for 2 years. TÜV EESTI certification and CE marking confirm compliance with EN 14351-1.

How much does turnkey wooden window production cost?

Cost depends on profile (ECO 68 / 92 / Premium 115), glazing type, hardware, paint finish, destination country and order size. For projects in Scandinavia and Germany our prices typically run 30-40% below local manufacturers - thanks to Latvian operating costs, not material compromise. Request a quote with your specifications and we will come back within 48 hours.
