UK Building Regulations (Part L) require Uw 1.4 or below. Our ECO 92 profile reaches Uw 0.78 with triple glazing and Uw 0.67 with quadruple - past passive-house requirements (0.80). For most European markets, specify Uw 0.78 or better.
Pine offers the best value for volume work. Oak gives premium aesthetics for high-end residential. Meranti suits coastal or high-moisture sites. Larch resists rot naturally without preservative. All four species are kiln-dried and laminated for dimensional stability.
